ABOUT ARTIZE COVENANT

Artize Covenant is an invitation-only community created to bring together India’s most distinguished architects and designers — those who have a distinctive vision, a passion and an enduring commitment towards design excellence.

At its heart is a simple belief: great design is born from art. Artize Covenant brings this philosophy to life through a carefully curated calendar of experiences, conversations and creative collaborations that encourage members to see art and design through new perspectives.

Artize Covenant is an exclusive circle for thoughtful exchange — where accomplished minds come together, ideas converge and new possibilities emerge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Artize Covenant is an invitation-only community, an engagement programme by Jaquar Group. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
  2. Membership and access to curated experiences are subject to programme eligibility, availability and prior confirmation.
  3. Jaquar Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or terminate a member’s participation.
  4. Members will receive invitations to exclusive experiences, workshops and engagements curated for the Covenant community only. Guests or +1s will not be permitted unless specifically indicated for an experience.
  5. Jaquar Group reserves the right to curate, modify, reschedule or cancel an experience, wherever necessary, and will endeavour to communicate any such changes to members in advance.
  6. Certain experiences may be curated in association with select partners, artists or venues and may be subject to their respective guidelines and terms.
  7. Members are requested to uphold the exclusivity, integrity and spirit of the Covenant community and observe the guidelines communicated for each experience.
  8. Photography and videography will be undertaken during Covenant experiences for programme documentation and communications, promotion purposes.
  9. Member information will be used by Jaquar Group for programme administration and communication in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy as available in the Data ‘Privacy Policy’ section of this webpage.
  10. Jaquar Group reserves the right to review, modify or discontinue Artize Covenant, its experiences or privileges from time to time, subject to applicable law.
  11. Jaquar Group shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, cancellations or inability to conduct an experience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  12. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram/Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to it.
  13. Participation in Artize Covenant activities and events constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

DATA PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Jaquar Group values the trust placed in it by members of Artize Covenant, an engagement programme by Artize, and is committed to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of member information.
  2. Information shared by members may be collected and used for the administration and delivery of Artize Covenant, including membership management, personalised communication, invitations, registrations and participation in curated experiences.
  3. Such information may include name, contact details, professional information, preferences and participation details, as may be relevant to the programme.
  4. Member information may be accessed by authorised representatives of Jaquar Group, Artize and their appointed partners or service providers, strictly where required for the administration and delivery of the programme and its experiences.
  5. Photography and videography may form part of Artize Covenant experiences. Images, videos and other audio-visual content featuring members may be captured and used by Jaquar Group and Artize for editorial, programme documentation and brand communication, including brochures, presentations, websites, social media platforms and other digital or marketing collateral.
  6. By participating in an Artize Covenant experience, members acknowledge that photography and videography may take place and consent to the use of such content for the purposes outlined above, subject to applicable law and any specific consent requirements.
  7. Jaquar Group will take reasonable measures to safeguard member information and protect it against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
  8. Member information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required under applicable law.
  9. By participating in Artize Covenant, members acknowledge and agree to the collection, use and processing of their information, and the use of relevant audio-visual content, for the purposes set out above.
  10. This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the programme, applicable law or Jaquar’s Group’s privacy practices.
